What is the difference between OEM and ODM services?
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means we produce tubes based on your existing designs and specifications. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) means our team develops the design concept from scratch based on your brief. Both services include full customization of materials, printing, and finishing.
How long does it take to receive samples?
Standard samples are delivered in 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Rush samples can be arranged in 5 days for an additional fee. Sample costs are typically credited toward your bulk order.
What is the minimum order quantity for your services?
Our standard MOQ is 5,000 pieces per SKU for PE tubes and 10,000 pieces for laminated tubes. For new clients testing a new product line, we can discuss flexible arrangements.
Do you provide shipping and logistics support?
Yes. We offer flexible shipping terms including FOB, CIF, and DDP. We work with trusted freight partners for sea, air, and express delivery worldwide. Full shipping documentation including packing lists, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin are provided.
