What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 5,000 pieces per SKU for PE tubes and 10,000 pieces for laminated tubes. For new clients, we offer sample orders of 100–500 pieces to validate design and quality before full production.
What customization options are available?
We offer full customization including tube diameter (13–50mm), length, wall thickness, material type (PE, HDPE, laminated), cap style, printing method (offset, silk-screen, hot stamping), surface finish (matte, gloss, soft-touch), and color.
How long does production take?
Standard production lead time is 15 business days after artwork approval and deposit payment. Sample production takes 7–10 days. Rush orders can be accommodated in 10 days for an additional fee.
Do you offer sustainable packaging options?
Absolutely. We offer tubes made with up to 50% post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials, mono-material constructions for easier recycling, and water-based eco-friendly inks. See our Sustainable Solutions page for details.
