What is the difference between OEM and ODM?

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means you provide the design and we manufacture to your exact specifications. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) means our team develops the design concept from scratch based on your brief. Both result in fully branded, exclusive packaging — the difference is where the design process starts.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 5,000 pieces per SKU for PE tubes and 10,000 pieces for laminated tubes. For new clients testing a new product line, we can discuss flexible arrangements. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.

How long does the entire process take from brief to delivery?

For OEM orders: typically 22–25 days total (7–10 days for samples + 15 days production). For ODM orders: add 5–10 days for the design phase. Rush production is available for an additional fee. We provide a detailed timeline at the quotation stage.

Is my design protected? Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any design files or proprietary information are shared. Your designs, formulations, and brand assets are never shared with third parties or used for other clients.

Can I get samples before committing to a full order?

Absolutely. We strongly recommend ordering samples before mass production. Physical samples are delivered in 7–10 business days, and the sample cost is credited toward your bulk order. Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included at no extra charge.
