How long does it take to receive samples?

Standard samples are delivered in 7–10 business days after artwork approval and payment confirmation. Rush samples can be arranged in 5 business days for an additional fee. We ship via DHL, FedEx, or UPS express to ensure fast, trackable delivery worldwide.

How many revision rounds are included?

Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included at no extra charge. Each revision round involves updated samples being produced and shipped to you. If additional rounds are needed beyond 3, we can accommodate at a reduced fee.

Can I test my formula in the sample tubes?

Absolutely — that’s exactly what Material Samples are designed for. We recommend filling sample tubes with your formula and conducting compatibility testing (checking for leaching, softening, discoloration, or seal integrity) before approving mass production.

What file formats do you need for printed samples?

We accept Adobe Illustrator (.ai), PDF, and EPS files with outlined fonts and embedded images at 300 DPI minimum. Our design team will review your files and flag any issues before production begins. We can also assist with artwork adjustments if needed.
